1. Community partnerships connect those returning to our community from jail or prison with resources and services that make it possible for them to change and successfully complete probation or parole. Access to food, clothing, health care, addiction and mental health treatment, and housing assistance (emergency and transitional) are crucial for success.
  2. We utilize strategies that have been proven effective in similar locations and populations — primarily mentoring and cognitive behavioral training (Moral Reconation Therapy) along with instruction in Biblical principles and connections to and support from local churches and faith-based organizations.
